Each region has its own unique characteristics, such as supply limits, special abilities, or support options. Diplomacy is like GoT with all the bells and whistles scraped off. It is a more "pure" game for lack of a better word. It evokes the same feelings and strategy that GoT does but with a much easier to understand rule set.
